Mr. Suresh Kr. Gupta
Mr Suresh Kumar Gupta, an engineer from IIT Delhi and MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), University of Delhi. He has managed execution of more than 200+ assignments using BIM tools of 3D-4D-5D virtual construction technology as President & Managing Director of Mansycom Consultants Pvt Ltd, during the last 10 years. He pioneered virtual construction services initiative in India as CEO of Adroitec’s AEC Division and commenced working on 3D BIM platform from 2005 onwards. Now again, he has been instrumental in getting 5D BIM simulation technology implemented for most effective time and cost control during construction of projects with different clients/ projects since 2012 onwards, including on an office complex construction project of L&T Ltd in Gurgaon in the year 2017.
Under his leadership, Mansycom Consultants became an ISO 9001:2008 certified organization (now ISO 9001:2015) in June 2015 for providing 3D BIM & Project Management Consulting services, software sale & training/
Previously, he managed an IT services organization as promoter director between 1999-2015 & earlier was full time Director cum President of a leading merchant banking organization, listed on BSE - Aryaman Financial Services Ltd, Mumbai for 5 years, till March 1999, before turning into an entrepreneur.
Earlier in career he was responsible for setting up large construction & industrial projects from concept to commissioning from the year 1984 till 1994, first as General Manager Projects with Modi Industries Ltd, New Delhi & then as Vice President with Prakash Industries Ltd, New Delhi.
He has 45 years of varied work experience at senior levels in 3D BIM/ virtual construction, IT & IT enabled services; hydro/ thermal/ steel projects - project execution & management; project advisory; finance & banking and general management in public sector, banking & private sector organizations.
Dr. P S Rana
He has over 45 years of varied experience in planning, designing, implementation, project management, housing and urban infrastructure finance, research & consultancy in the fields of Housing, Infrastructure & Urban Development. He was responsible for formulation of corporate policies, programs and projects including project appraisal, resource mobilization and treasury management. He directed multi-disciplinary teams comprising of architects, engineers, planners, finance and legal experts in project formulation, appraisal and monitoring. He was responsible for development of project appraisal systems for financing of Urban Infrastructure and Power Projects in HUDCO. He has published and presented many research papers in National and International seminars/ workshops/ conferences.
Dr Rana was awarded the degree of PhD in Transport Engineering and Management in 1983 from the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne, U.K. He has received several awards including Distinguished Alumni Award (2006) from IIT, Delhi and Honorary Doctorate in Civil Law from University of Newcastle Upon Tyne (U.K.) in 2007.
He has worked as Director on the boards of various companies, member of governing bodies of several educational institutes, research establishments, and professional bodies; President, Indian Building Congress; Patron of Institute of Urban Transport; member Advisory Council IIT, Delhi; Chairman, Buildings and Works Committee of Netaji Subhash Institute of Technology; Vice Chairman Engineering Council of India and several other bodies.
Now he is Chairman of India Infrastructure and Urban Development Company Pvt. Ltd., a company engaged in providing consultancy services in rehabilitation of Project effected persons, setting up new integrated townships, project development, project management, research, policy formulation in housing, urban development and infrastructure sector.
Subhash Verma
He is a qualified Engineer with over 49 years, rich & varied experience in planning and execution of various projects in different parts of the country i.e Roads, Highways and hi-tech construction projects. His main forte is planning, sales and marketing both for domestic and international projects. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Engineers. He is an independent Director on the Board of Directors of Ansal Buildwell Ltd., New Delhi
Mr. K K Mutreja
B Tech. (Civil Engineering) from IIT, Delhi in 1970 securing 1st Division
Working presently as Senior Consultant with a leading infrastructure developer in Gurgaon.
Superannuated as Additional Director General (Works), CPWD and as Engineer in Chief (NDMC) after having worked in various capacities and organizations like Central Public Works Department, New Delhi Municipal Council, Delhi Development Authority, Ministry of Urban Development, Ministry of Finance, Royal Government of Bhutan etc., after a total service of 36 years.
Mr. A K Nagar
Structural Engineer by profession from IIT Delhi, possess a total work experience of more than 38 years in the field of civil infrastructure development. Retired as Principal General Manager (Building works) - As a Head of Civil Engineering stream in BSNL. Currently working as a Consultant with a large construction company in New Delhi looking after prestigious projects of national importance.
