MANSYCOM provided 3D BIM modeling and multidisciplinary coordination services for eight metro stations, including one interchange station. The scope involved developing detailed Architectural, Structural, MEPF (ASMEPF) BIM models from Design Development stage drawings through to coordinated Good for Construction (GFC) documentation. The coordinated BIM models were developed to support design validation, clash detection, constructability review, and improved coordination across disciplines.
Noida International Airport (Jewar Airport) is a major greenfield international airport being developed near Jewar in Gautam Buddha Nagar District, Uttar Pradesh, to serve the growing air connectivity needs of the National Capital Region (NCR). The airport forms a key component of the planned Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) region, supporting the region’s long-term infrastructure and economic development.
About Project: The Platinum Tower is a state of the art Luxurious residential apartment located at Hebbal Village, Kasaba Hobli, Bellary Road, North Taluk, Bangalore, India. The facility is a high-rise building comprises of Ground+Mezzanine+21floors with an underground parking spreading in three Basements. Total built-up area of the facility is about 76,208 Sq. m.
