It is a redevelopment project under execution in Southern Mumbai, spread over an area of 16.50 area, having 17 high rise commercial cum residential towers, each having 32 to 37 storeys. Total builtup area of approx 95.00 lakh sqft. Assistance is being provided in construction management of the project by way of schedule & resource management using top-of-the-line 5D BIM solution - Trimble’s Vico Office Suite.
